This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Louisiana, south
central Louisiana, southwest Louisiana, west central Louisiana and
southeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected today.
There is a marginal risk for severe weather, with isolated brief
spin-up tornadoes and damaging wind gusts the main threats. There is
a lesser, but non-zero, threat of marginally severe hail.

The risk for severe weather will be highest early in the day, with
the threat diminishing through the afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Much colder temperatures will return to the area early this week. A
light freeze is possible for portions of central Louisiana Monday
night into Tuesday morning.
